*** **** installed pavers around my entire home, driveway and pool before most of the work was done. There was paint everywhere, he placed a dumpster on top and scraped the pavers, got rust stains and his stone workers made cuts all around the pavers and got cement everywhere. He sent someone to acid wash to remove the paint and cement but this only took off the top coat of the cheap pavers he installed. I paid $45,000 for all this stone. I got an estimate of $7500 to repair all the damage. He also was contracted to seal the ****** he never did

Is it noted that they did not respond?  Will this lower their rating on the BBB?

    Ms. ********

I agreed that some of your pavers do need to be replaced and have never disagreed. You submitted via text message to me a cost estimate of +/-$6,500 to replace the damaged pavers from an outside subcontractor you had requested a quote from. Not sure how your claim is now for $40,000.00. In addition, CFL Building contractors who was the general contractor prior to you changing the permits over to owner build has offered to have the original installer to come back and do the repairs you requested for the cost of $2,000.00 for materials only, and you have rejected that. You have and outstanding balance to my company for the amount of $9,000.00. We offered a credit in the outstanding balance in an effort to help you resolve the issue, you have rejected that as well.  At this point we have made our best offer to resolve the issue. We can provide written text exchange to confirm all our efforts we attempted to resolution this issue and will make available if necessary. Please except the outstanding payment owed as a credit and have your contractor correct the issues.

    Respectfully
