    Unethical business to deal with. From September of 2019- August of 2022, I was a commercial tenant in a building in which **** was the property management. For the 3 years I was a tenant, the grounds were unkept, repairs were nonexistent and the building was allowed to deteriorate. Upon successful completion of my lease and the turnover of the keys, I was told my security deposit would be refunded. Weeks passed and no word. I waited and finally reached out. My emails and phone calls were ignored, I was given the runaround until I threatened a BBB report. Then, someone finally responded informing me I would hear from someone from the accounting department. When that person did reach out, they informed me that they changed something in ****************************************************************************************************************** my rent. I signed a 3 year lease, so this supposed change would have taken place 2 years and 4 months into a 3 year lease. This matter is further complicated by the fact that the units in the building are not on individual electric meters, so there is no possible way for actual electric usage to be determined per unit. These were complete manipulations in order to not refund a security deposit that was less than $1500. This company, as a property management company, is unethical and I warn anyone as a perspective tenant to beware.

    Communication is poor with their property managers. We completed yard and tree services to this company 2 months ago and they have not paid and will not communicate with us. We are a small business and went above and beyond. Now we are filing in court to recover what we are owed.
