    Hello In March last year I ordered some motorcycle saddlebags from saddle line. They cost us *** $600. When we received the mounts they didnt sit properly on the bike. We emailed them and after a while they answered and blamed us. I sent photos which showed we were right and they sent another set of mounts. They fit on the bike but didnt line up with bags so after sending more photos and emails they said to send bags back in original box etc. It cost us nearly $200 to send back as we are in *********. We asked for a shipping label but they said they dont have them. They sent us an address of where to send. That was in July. For months they have been saying they cant find the box. Then it was my fault because I didnt have an rmn which they never gave to me. In December they said they wouldnt be answering my emails anymore. They are the rudest people and have not helped us at all. So many emails back and forth. So no contact and no money.

    ******** keep saying the same thing over and over about RMA. We asked for one and were not given one only an address. The person we have been dealing with the most has tried to help us. He others have been rude and unhelpful. I told them I wouldnt contact you again but because of this I have. I *** help and I am hoping you can. We put he order in last March and it has been going on since. They said they are closing for a few days at ne of month so thats another gone. They said it will cost them a lot of money to try and find it so why not give us a refund and they will be rid of us. Surely not many things get sen to the address that they couldnt work it out. Thank you fr trying to help us.

    We have made no offer to customerso as of this date. We are working on location the box in the absence of RMA. It will take 2-3 weeks to sort out the entire warehouse inventory.

    From day one they keep saying they will look for it. They keep asking about RMA which we were not given even when we asked but we did supply them with a tracking number from ********* Post and even emailed them and told them when it arrived at their address when we were notified from ********* Post.

    The custmer was to supply us the *** whic his return authorization, in the absence of this, it is extremely hard to locate the box out of thousands. we are looking for the box based on the given information by customer.

    We have heard this over and over . They never gave us an RMA. They know they didnt. Just using this for an excuse. Try to make it our fault. They have lost or cant find it.  We did give them a tracking number from ********* post. Im not going away so why dont they just refund me. I let them know as soon as I was notified it reached their offices in ********. I sent the original order form.

    I purchased saddlebags from this company on December 4th of 2022. I received my confirmation of purchase. I waited patiently for a tracking number. after the 6 to 8 days to ship that their advertising states I emailed. I received every excuse this company could come up with. They did finally give me a tracking number but according to that the bags had never been shipped. The company told me that they needed a physical address I told him it was on the order forms. I again gave them my physical address with the promise that they would be shipped. As of Friday night they are telling me that they can refund my money or start over. I have asked for a full refund. We will see if that happens in a timely manner.

    Hi,

    The buyer has been refunded last week instantly on her demand.

    Tracking number was provided. The *** misplaced the box, we are still waiting its return. It was busy December month and once delivered to currier, we have no control once it is picked up by currier.

    It is nothing but frivolous complaint and wastage of

    time with false info and unsubstantiated claim.
