      BBB sent my information to this company, along with others. I don't understand why they were selected, since they are not BBB accredited. Tree Monkey sent an email with an appointment date, no time, and never verified with me. I responded that they needed to call me to set up an appointment. I certainly wanted to be on site to discuss the scope of what I needed to be done. Instead, they showed up without calling and subsequently emailed a quote for $1,400.00 for about a 3 hour, one person job. ALL of the other quotes I received were significantly lower!! I ended up having the work done by an accredited, licensed, insured tree trimming company that was also referred to me by BBB, and for less than half of Tree Monkey's quote. I highly recommend AGAINST choosing Tree Monkey because of their sales practice and high price. ********* *********** * **** ******** was the company I chose. They did an outstanding job at a reasonable price.
