      I paid this company for overnight shipping on Thursday and my product was shipped using 2-3 day shipping instead of overnight. I've contacted them numerous times and habe gotten no responses. This is a time sensitive package and was paid extra for that fact.

      I ordered from this company on 10/13/2023 for a total of $80.00 and i recieved my shipping information and all. A week goes by and my hotel doesnt have my package. They sent it back to original sender and herbal solutions never contacted me about the problem. I requested my refund and canceled the order two months ago, and they have yet to contact me back or resolved my issue. I have contacted them by email phone call and much more i even disputed it through my bank. Its been over two months and no response on anhthing. This is definitely very unprofessional and i will be going further with this regarding my lawyer.

      I had mistakenly made an order. Asked for it to be canceled right away. They said they would, couple days later the charge was put through my bank. I again asked for my money to be refunded as the order was canceled. I have emails stating that the order was canceled before the charge was put through. I have not received my money back yet.

      I went to purchase a detox program from Magic Detox on September 7th. I was charged $64.94. Later that same day, I called the provided numbers, sent the company a message, email, Instagram dm, and Facebook message asking for my order to be canceled and refunded as I no longer wanted the product.
      To this day, I have not heard back from anyone. My money has not been refunded, my order has not made further progress to be shipped to me, and no one has reached out despite my many attempts to contact the company.
