    They offered $655 for my mac then after I shipped it to them they wrote this:We have completed the inspection of your device, please review the notes below with our findings.Notes: Hello, we have finished the inspection of your device. I am truly sorry to inform you but it seems our starting price on this MacBook was a little too high based off current resale value. The most we can currently offer for this device would be $500. If you cannot accept the price of $500 we completely understand, you are in no way obligated to accept the revised offer and we will return this to you free of charge. Again very sorry for the inconvenience, thank you for your consideration and please let us know how you would like to proceed.

    Hi there, three of your previous orders with our company were paid in full, but we apologize for having an incorrect price for this model of MacBook. Our listing title for this in our database was very vague, and we did not realize it could cover a wide range of different MacBook models of various prices, and unfortunately this one was too high. We will arrange a free return and will post tracking information with your order details page on our website. Thanks for your time, and we hope this one circumstance doesn't deter you from using our service again, but thank you for giving us a shot.

    I sent my computer in for cash. They responded by saying I had sent a different computer and offered me 1/10 of what was promised. I had pictures, serial number, etc. of my computer. Their response was "Well we can only go by what we received". They sent pictures to ME of a different model with cracked case (mine was pristine). After complaining to them, they are sending me the crappy computer ("return of merchandise received") and keeping my good one.

    We would not risk our company's reputation over a single inexpensive laptop. Pictures of the incorrect item we received was provided to our customer. Our team verified on our end that no mix up occurred. We are a very small team so everything and everyone is accounted for. If they did not mail the incorrect item we received themselves, we would appreciate them contacting whomever did to ensure no mix up occurred on their end. The incorrect model that we received will be returned to them free of charge.

    I am rejecting this response because: I had one and only one apple computer. This is the picture of the model number I took from my pristine computer. I worked with an apple specialist to wipe the harddrive and re-install the operating system before I sent it. I have the serial number of the computer that I sent them as well as the other specs  (see attached). I have never owned the model that they claim was mailed to them. I believe that the "good reputation" is from self generated reviews. If you search all reviews you will see that the exact thing has happened to other customers before. They said they would return the "defective" computer to me. I can PROVE that whatever computer they return to me, I have never owned. Apple has a record of my computers. I believe I can call apple with the serial number of whatever they return and find out the previous owner. It will NOT be me. I will bet that they have few customers who keep copies of the serial numbers of their computers, so now they are stuck. They also claim to have "only ONE apple computer " in their store. I believe a quick visit will prove them wrong.  They are simply a scam operation and i will NOT back down until I get (1) my money promised or (2) the computer I sent them with the serial number attached.

Photos of incorrect item received are on file and entire record of transaction has been well documented. We will not tolerate any form of extortion or blackmail, and will gladly defend ourselves and our reputation if needed.
