    On July 31st I paid Friendly Lawn Pro $4,000.00 for the sprinkler system they installed. I had some landscaping done, so I had another company come to adjust the sprinklers so all of the plants were getting water. That's when I learned from 2 licensed sprinkler contractors( That are willing to sign letters stating what I am sending you) that the system installed was completely wrong. They sold me a used backflow that was glued together with different parts. They used 3/4" pipe when they should've used 1". They put 12 sprinklers on one zone when there should only be 6. They used the wrong sprinklers (4" When they should've used 6") just to do the work in 5 zones instead of 6 to save themselves money. They also mismatched different named sprinklers in the whole yard so none of them spray right. The system needs to be completely redone and I want my money back to pay this company to fix the issue.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    Friendly Lawn Pro never responded to my test messages requesting them to come and look at the drain and determine while it was not working. We did not have another company come and do anything regarding the drain that would have damaged the pitch. What we did have was an irrigation company come to inspect our irrigation system that began to not work after Friendly Lawn Pro had completed their work. At the time we thought that was a separate issue. At that time it was determined by the irrigation company that put irrigation lines had been cut in three places and Friendly Lawn Pro had turned off our irrigation system. That company, Paradise Lawn repaired our irrigation lines because at that point it was an emergency situation because our irrigation had been off for almost two weeks which we weren't aware of as our irrigation is set to run at 430am prior to us waking.

    With regards to the drain itself I asked ********************* to come and check the drain several times after their work was completed and received no response. After our first big rain on 9/20 when it was determined the drain was not working at all I sent ********************* pictures of the drain not working as well and again no response. 

    No work has been done to the drain and nothing has been done to alter the pitch of the drain system. It has remained untouched and not working since the day it was installed by Friendly Lawn Pro. The reason for it not to be working is the fact that they did not install it with correct pitch where water could properly move through the system. Then the pop emitter at the end of the system was installed at a higher elevation than the last drain box so no water exits the system at all. 

    We reject the response of Friendly Lawn Pro. We have a non working drain system in our yard and want our money back that we have paid for the drain.

    ame apparent that he had started cutting corners. He only installed 3 of the 8 drain boxes. At that point he started saying there was no way we wouldn't have any water in our yard but assured me that the 3 boxes and piping would do their job and everything would drain. After **** completed the drain he stated that if there were any issues at all he would come back and make changes so it would work. On Monday September 4 I sent him a text message requesting him to come by to see why no water seemed to be draining in the system..no response. We had an irrigation company come out on that Friday September 15 to check our irrigation thinking it was a separate issue. they found at the time our irrigation lines had been cut in 3 different places in the path of where the drain was installed and total irrigation system had been shut off. Friendly Lawn Pro never told us they had damaged lines or turned system off. We asked ********************* to reimburse us. He refused. Nothing about the drain works. We request refund.

    The consumer called another business out to make a repair to a drain line which damage the French Drain Pitch. We advised the consumer that they should of called us and we would of come out and made repairs and the drain would still be working at this time. There are no offers at this time.

    I coordinated with **** at Friendly Lawn Pro to install 2 french drains in my yard. He brought in people to do the work and I paid for the job. The first time it rained, I noticed that one of the French Drains was not working. Upon further inspection after the rain, I poured some water in the drain and found that it didnt actually drain at all. After researching, I discovered that the fact that they installed the drain exit higher than the entrance prevents it from working as it is a gravity driven system. He brought the workers back out to "try something different" and it didnt work either. The drain does nothing. When I contacted him again, he blamed me for the placement and told me it was never going to work. I know nothing about drains and relied on his expertise. I also have the text where I allowed him to install exactly what he recommended. At this point he stopped taking my calls or communicating with me at all. The work done also seems poor in some areas.
