Gayle Horn Roofing was top quality, professionalism, courteous, fair prices, Had ******* repaired from hurricane damage. I had a huge hole from tree going straight through roof into my master bedroom. *** returned my call immediately and was out the next day and the very next day repairing *******.The roof was done beautifully and blends in perfectly. Looks like new. I couldn't ask for more. I would recommend them to everyone. Very honest and reasonable.

On June 30th 2022, G. Horn Roofing LLC re-roofed my property. The roof contractor filed a permit request before Hillsborough County Building Inspections on July 1st. On July 5th I paid off the re-roof. Knowing that contractors communicate directly with the inspectors, I assumed that G. Horn was taking care of the permit, and he would do what needed to be done to correct the issues and get the final permit.I was changing insurance companies, and on September 21st, my insurance agent called me requesting the final roof permit. That is when I realized that we did not have the final permit. On July 7th the inspector had disapproved the permit because lead boots shall be crimped over PVC as to prevent water from entering roof/ bldg., Correct, Recall. On September 15th, another inspector disapproved the permit again corrections not made " and charged a fee. I started frantically calling Gill H, and in the meantime, I paid the fee and scheduled another inspection, expecting  G. Horn to solve the problem. I was able to talk to him two times: one time he said that there was a paperwork problem, and it would be cleared ** in no time. Another time, he said, he did not have a ladder with him but next day his worker will come and fix the roof. I kept calling until I decided that I needed to solve the problem myself. I found another certified roofer that did the job and finally got the permit on October 13, 2022 Since the day of re-roofing until I got the permit approved there was a time lapse of 3 months. I still wonder if you are a certified roofer, why you let your customers down if a good referral brings more business.
