    They use instead of ****** some financial entity like "Automation" to process your credit card. I'm not going back to that site to find out the name because I do not trust them. why? That process mistakenly says we could not verify your card because of the address. I tried to correct it four times. I got suspicious and went to see if anything was on my card and found it lied. They charged my card four times. They also do not stand by the online pricing. When I called to complain about that process charged my card four times Lee said the price was wrong and had gone up. I said cancel my order.

    We use AUTHORIZE.net .to process our orders and to  prevent person from  placing orders that MAY BE FRAUDULENT.Many such  fraudulent orders  are rejected or declined.

    We do not know who this person is but if he attempted to order 4 times and the order was getting declined then we cannot process as he may not be submitting correct information on the website.We never get any money if the transaction is declined.

    He should have followed up with us and prove that we received the charges to refund.Since he has nothing to prove that then we do not see reason to complain.
