    Not yet a customer of FSC, but I will be soon! I live below a customer of *** and recently had an issue with a stain on my ceiling that possibly could have been caused by a minor water leak during the renovation of the condo above me. Mind you it was very possible that the stain was not associated with the leak, but ***** wanting to do the "right" thing had his crew immediately address the issue. I can't express enough how rare a business trait ***** and FSC displayed in addressing my issue, especially when there was a better than not chance that the issue wasn't even their fault. Much gratitude and appreciation for *** and ***** for truly rare and honest business.

    Florida state construction and owner ***** were a godsend to our commercial condominium project after a major fire to the entire building. We changed builders 3 times during the 16 month project and ***** and FSC saved the day. Working with multiple owners, all who had no idea how to navigate after such a tragedy, we were in dire straits. ***** was easy to work with, worked within our budget and couldnt be more patient or helpful. It was truly a pleasure to work with someone who took the helm and made this project work and get completed. He is communicative, responsive and got this job completed. If we hadnt found ***** we would have been in the s****** for sure. He was able to work with a group of people that werent the easiest to work with. If you have a project of any type I highly recommend *****. Thank you for all your help in making us get back to business.
