      I have had an account with this company since late July/early August of 2022. This specific branch for Stericycle has missed multiple of my medical waste pick **** or showed up outside of my posted business hours (that they have record of and asked for to ensure they would show up in a timely manner for) beginning in July of 2023, while continuing to charge my portal for missed pick **** When calling into customer service, nothing ever gets done. They give me a reference number, and tell me someone will call me back. Recently, they missed 2 months back to back. Ive messaged with someone higher up in the company who acknowledged that Stericycle breached their end of the contract, but asked me to give them another chance for a pick up in January. Reluctantly, I agreed. They missed again, and I was been completely ignored by the person I was corresponding with for almost 2 weeks. He then told me they would cancel my account on Feb 1. As of today, Feb 3, my account is still active and showing my next pick up for Feb 7. Ive called, emailed several times and no one will help me. I have outstanding invoices I havent paid because they didnt complete the pick up and I refuse to pay for a service that wasnt done. I dont know who else to contact at this point. I dont know what can be done here, but Im afraid of being sent to collections because Ive been asking for my account to be canceled since mid December. And apparently, even after giving them one more chance, canceling an account takes several weeks and zero communication. I appreciate BBB taking the time to read this review, and could go on for much longer. I didnt have any problems with them the first year of my contract, and any discrepancies were settled quickly. In July of 2023, the company took a literal nose dive off a cliff and service has been terrible since. I have a whole email thread to show the truth of the statements made in this review.
