    In August 2024, I purchased a car and insured it with State Farm. Unfortunately, due to an error in the *** registration, my driving license was canceled on December 3, 2024. I promptly contacted my State Farm agent, who assured me the issue would be resolved. However, on December 26, I discovered through the *** that my license was set to be suspended again on December 30 because State Farm had not confirmed my cars insurance.Despite repeated follow-ups, including promises from your agents, the problem persists. As of January 6, 2025, my license remains suspended due to your companys failure to provide the correct documentation required by the ***. I have paid my insurance premiums as agree, and this negligence is causing significant inconvenience and financial harm.I call State Farm request immediate action to resolve this issue and to provide confirmation that the *** has received the necessary documentation. Additionally, I seek an explanation for this delay and assurance that similar issues will not occur in the future. I try to contact the Headquarters of SF but theres no way to do so.

    Please be advised that I am and have been working with State Farm Insurance to get this matter resolved for Mr. ******** An expedited request has been submitted to State Farm's underwriting team to have Mr. ********* license ************************* as his vehicle has been insured since the purchase date of August 16, 2024. Please let me know if anything further is required on my part.
