  Everything about our experience working with Shawn was wonderful. He was quick coming out to give an estimate, listened to and worked with us on what was needed for our projects and, once we accepted the estimate, he was quick to set up a time to start work on replacing rotting wood around one door and above our garage. Communication was great across the board and work on the projects was done in one day. We could not be happier with the finished work and have already hired Shawn for a second project as we are so impressed with his skill, professionalism and work ethic.

  Shawn did a great job repairing our ceilings. Shawn visited to see the work areas. He listened carefully to our desires and concerns about the project. We mutually developed multiple possible approaches for a complicated repair of a water-damaged area of our living room ceiling (originally constructed in the mid-1950s using unique wood tiles). Shawn also recommended an approach to replace a wood ceiling in a hallway that a different contractor installed poorly.Shawn called us when it became evident that Plan A wasnt going to work. We decided on Plan B and Shawn still honored the schedule and came to our house prepared to implement the alternate approach. The alternate approach was to gently remove the wood ceiling tiles from the entryway and re-install them in the living room, thereby restoring and preserving the living room ceiling. Then Shawn installed a ceiling in the entryway that matched the ceiling in the adjoining kitchen. He worked very late to finish the job in one day (including redoing the hallway ceiling). Shawns budget for Plan A was very reasonable and he charged only a nominal amount more than the original estimate even though the alternate approach involved more labor.

  Shawn ****** is absolutely outstanding - I moved to Florida from out of state and my home needed repairs before I could move in with my son. I had to manage these repairs long distance and went through many challenges with other contractors causing damage. Shawn was responsive, competent, intelligent and accommodating - he diagnosed and fixed my plumbing and electrical wiring issues within one day, the day before we moved in, and all was well! He was the most competent contractor I found in central Florida and quoted the most reasonable price. 10 out of 5, definitely will hire again!

  The shelving in our garage needed revamping and two old shelves collapsed. I went looking in BBB for someone in our area who could help. Shawn responded to my request and made suggestions for shelving that would get the garage in great shape. We set a date to complete the work. Shawn ripped out the collapsed shelving and put the new shelving in its place. Shawn also installed four other wall shelves along with a set of larger shelves. Shawn got it done in one day and did excellent work at a fair price. He has since repaired a gable and completed two smaller jobs. I look forward to Shawn doing more jobs. Top rating!

  I give Shawn 5 out of 5 stars. I found Shawn ****** here on the BBB. I'd been trying to find someone to install a microwave over my stove. I got stood up 3 times by 2 different people because they had better jobs to do and didn't want to waste their time. I left a message for Shawn, however he was already involved in a day-long project. But, rather than go home after his late day with that project, came by anyway. He has done several projects for me and I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of his work and his pricing. I'll continue to call on him for future projects.

  We hired Shawn in the middle of August to repair a bay window. He did an excellent job would hire him again for other projects. He has fair pricing. I now have someone to help with more projects.

  In early August 2022, I found Shawn from the BBB listing and decided to hire him to do some carpentry repair work. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of his work, fair pricing, and efficiency of his operation. I'm already planning my next "to do" list for some upcoming projects I will need his help with in the near future.
