      My first time at Shoot Straight, they made me feel so comfortable that my son and I decided to become members thanks to *****, who was fully attentive to my every requirement and was very diligent in his delivery of intelligent questions on how to prepare for safety and even provided excellent recommendations Thank you, *****, your True gentleman.

      I purchased a gun and within an hour didnt pass background check and they are telling me I initialed that they could charge me a 25% restocking fee and it never left the store. The employee said they can waive it depending on the manager. So I asked the manager and he said he wasnt going to let me have the 25% back not even an hour after sale and it was in there possession the whole time I never took it. This is a shady practice and disgusting. $125 for them to put it back in the case and sell it all over again at full price. Good scam.

      I come here often with my husband, Kevin, it is the best shop around. And the only reason I say that is because of Jules (that’s his middle name, I think). He legit is awesome every time we come in.
      On top of that, he’s very smart and has an answer for everything. He is a cool, respectable kid.
      I always come back because of him! My dude needs a promotion lol. He super hard working, even helping more than one customer at a time.
