      Absolute worse service ever. Took motorcoach in because left rear was 2" lower that right rear. That caused the rock guard to ware on one side due to low road clearance. I told them that was what the appointment was for and if they had time to please center the steering wheel. It was and still is about 14 degrees off center. Following that, as a courtesy, I told them they could do a 6K mile service. Well, I waited 10 hours only to find out the only thing they did was the 6K service and the coach would need to remain overnight. Someone could have told me. The young service associate that checked me in KNEW FULL WELL I was waiting on the coach. Long story short, they worked on the coach of another 8 hour the next day and said everything was fixed. NOT TRUE. They test drove the coach 3 times. So I trusted them. When I left (during rush hour evening traffic on a Friday) the steering was still 14 degrees off center. They accomplished NOTHING! This is a Freightline Service Center. They are supposed to know how to work on my Freightline chassis. $1100 later all I ended up with was an oil change. A pure and simple rip off.
