    The Vizio TV is JUNK after an update. It attaches "WatchFree+" and you cannot get it off once its attached. Vizio wants you to use the internet to run your TV. Streaming is the WORSE way to watch TV especially during high traffic times when it buffers every other word! I refused to watch football that way and I certainly don't want to stream ALL my tv viewing. I tried to reset to factory settings, still did not delete watchfree, even though for 3 years I watched this tv without watchfree, so factory setting reset DOES NOT WORK in this instance! Now I got a TV I don't want to watch!I contacted VIZIO for help only to learn there is no way to get it off the TV - it has ruined my tv and has forced me to buy another tv when I really didn't need one. The watch free app VIZIO has preloaded to your TV takes COMPLETE CONTROL of the TV. No more wide screen or zoom, the aspect ratio is not available with Watchfree. Now, I have 4 inches on either side of the picture. For a 32 inch tv I now have a 19 inch viewing screen! I HATE IT! I attached my internet to my tv and it started the "update" instantly! I never clicked on anything to cause this, just connected my internet to do something else and it GOT ME! I want my money back but its been 3 years so that is not an option but I promise you this, I WILL SMASH THIS VIZIO UP TO KEEP ANYONE FROM BEING ABLE TO WATCH IT ON MY DIME!I will never again buy a VIZIO product. In fact, I will not buy any tv that has watch free preloaded either! Manufacturers need to keep their preferences out of the design and STOP PRE-LOADED APPS from hijacking control of the TV.
