      We were told there were no issues w the rv. Came from Missouri to pickup. We got back to Mo and checked some areas we were told were fine and discovered a huge amount of rot and mold. The floors had to be removed and replaced. We were told no leaks, we noticed the first rain there were definitely leaks. The awning was broken, again told all was good. Charged extra $ for an inspection that I dont believe happened. Very dishonest person. Frame under the mattress was busted in several places.

      On 2/23/2023 we reached out to C&C RV Sales regarding a 2006 Damon Tuscany Class RV they had for sale on Facebook. Please see the ad below where it states the RV was beautiful diesel pusher, no leaks, everything works, etc. Minor imperfections. We negotiated the price with them and wired them $8800 for repairs on 2/25/2023. We received a receipt on 2/28/2023 stating the same. We advised them at that time that we would need to make flight arrangements to travel to Florida to complete the purchase. The business was advised that we would be there on 3/9/2023 to complete the transaction which they agreed to and stated that the coach was ours. We asked for the exact amount that we would need to bring down to complete the purchase. Upon arrival on 3/9/2023, we were greeted by the business owner. We expressed our concerns with the condition of the RV. RV not washed, interior not cleaned, wiper blades in need of repair, passenger side mirror missing, clear coat issues on exterior and questionable leaks. At which time he became angry and argumentative snapping at my husband for trying the levelers and stating that we were “nit picking”. We requested our money back at which time he stated that it was non-refundable. Due to the amount of money we had already sent, we could not walk away. We felt forced to continue with the purchase. When we went to complete the paperwork, at which time we were given a totally different amount to pay then the amount that was sent to us. When we questioned them we were told that they needed to collect sales tax (even though we were not registering said vehicle in FL), service fee and doc fee. We were informed that we were sent a purchase agreement showing the said. We never received it. They refused to take paypal or a CC for the balance “because of the way the deal was going.” The bill of sale does not show the money previously sent and even after stating that we never received the purchase agreement we were not given a copy. We asked about the passenger side mirror and were told that it would be taken care of. The business owner attempted to replace the side mirror, broke it and then handed it to us stating that he couldn’t just go to any store to purchase one that it was a special order item and told us we could go. Not only do we feel defeated but now thrown off his property. We were only given the ignition key. We are missing keys for the compartments & door, passenger side mirror, windshield leaking, one slide out leaking & is need of repair and new wiper blades, etc. We reached out to them on 3/10 and were told that we would be sent “die teck” and a gift card for the issues. We never received anything. We reached out again 3/23 asking for money back to complete the repairs and we have not yet received a response. We are requesting a refund of half the money sent to them for “repairs” that should have been performed prior to our arrival especially the safety sensitive repairs which were never performed.
