    A few months ago I purchased a Anti-VIrus service from E-Safe LLC, they installed anti-virus software on my computer and took care of any virus related issues I may have.Recently my computer started displaying the symptoms of a virus; I contacted them and they informed me that the virus their system detected was not covered under the service and that I would need to pay them more money to fix the computer.At the time, my computer was unusable due to the virus being detected.I contacted my son who is a Computer Engineer. His research showed that this company has no presence on the Internet; no website and a BBB rating of D.He also discovered that the only problem with my computer was the software that was installed by this company. They installed 'Spyware' that allowed them to emulate a virus (no virus was found) then lock my computer up so that I am unable to use it.I ended up paying another company to save my data, reformat my hard drive and restore my data thereby removing their spyware from my computer.Beware this company.

    This is a computer ************ that offers security software to prevent being hack.Less than a year ago paid $ ******* to install spyware software using to prevent know issues. Just recently they notified me that my IP address has been compromised, and they called me everyday to advise a solution.They offered me 3 different solutions to resolve- money solution and they had access to my laptop. I believe they had an virus/ threat of being compromised warnings on my laptop.This was after paying then $799.00 additional. Then told me due to being a level 3 they need additional money which I did not pay and they continued to put the threat on my laptop. I notified my Wi-Fi provider to re-boot and disconnected. They have not called since.
