    We have received your complaint #******** and take all consumer matters seriously. Upon researching this issue, we were unable to locate any memberships in our system with the information provided,customer name and email address. To continue with our investigation of this issue, please provide us either with an alternate email address that *** have been used to create the membership, the first 6 and last 4 digits of the credit card that was billed, or the confirmation number he might have been provided with when contacting our service representative via Chat. Upon receipt of the additional information, we will immediately continue our research into this issue.
