    I have contacted the business for a refund multiple times, the first time being February 18th, 2023. They responded within 24 hours stating they will issue a refund within **** business days. It is now March 9th, 2023 and I have yet to receive a refund after inquiring with them several times.

    I have an account with Triplemars LLP in which I've deposited funds to their platform via paypal to use their services. I have since stopped using the service and have a remaining balance of $1,297.10 in which the company is refusing to refund me. I have attached communication in which they originally said they would refund my balance within **** business days. After waiting a month and not getting any update they are now saying it will take over 6 months to refund my balance.My original request was Oct, 12 and it has now been over a month. Something does not seem right about them stating it will *********** months to process a refund after they previously said it would be processed in **** business days. They may be trying to scam me out of the balance since their terms state that after 6 months any claims or action will be forever barred.Thank you for your assistance https://www.triplemars.com/saas-service-agreement/
