    I was charged way over the amount I should have been for shipping. I call support they give me an option of credit or partial refund I took the credit to my mistake They didnt even offer what they should have I paid over well over $400 on shipping for a few boxes There refund amount was $268 (theres no way those few packages costed nearly $200) But heres where it gets bad I call support to apply credits I get told to pay for the order first and call back I pay for it only too call back and tell them my order # minutes later theyre calling me telling me I shouldve used a wire transfer theres no way of refunding without doing so (literally the same person on the phone why did they not tell me this beforehand) so now Im seeking a fair refund of $375 & for them to do better on future orders(for other buyers)

    The customer was advised (see screenshot) that this would be an in store credit. 

    The customer initially paid $365 for shipping however the final shipping cost was $97 which is why they were credited to their account $268.

    I am rejecting this response because: this doesnt resolve any issue. They gave me the option for a refund or credit I chose the credit and purchased with them only for them to tell me it wasnt the correct way for  payment. Easily couldve told me that before I spent my money

    **Complaint Regarding Refund Request for Incorrect Order**To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience with Go Wholesale concerning an order I placed on 12/26/2024. I ordered a Pokmon box listed with a quantity of three, but after checkout, the invoice showed a quantity of one for $90. Given that I could purchase the same item elsewhere for $60, I found this to be misleading, especially from a wholesale company.Immediately after realizing the error, I attempted to cancel the order through the site, but I could not find the option to do so. According to their website, cancellation is allowed as long as the order hasnt shipped, yet there was no option available for me. I reached out to their customer service via email, and although they took a day to respond, their reply was unhelpful and focused on questioning my reason for cancellation.I explained that my order was made in error due to confusion on their site, and I provided proof of my purchase. However, an hour after my latest correspondence, I received an email stating that my item had shipped, which I believe is unacceptable given my immediate attempts to cancel.Additionally, I have since researched Go Wholesale and found numerous reviews indicating that other customers have faced similar issues, leading many to consider legal action. I demand a full refund of $93.75, as the item was never shipped before my request to cancel was submitted.     I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your response to my complaint.

    My issue remains unaddressed. I reached out immediately after my transaction when I noticed that the quantity received did not match the listing. Your website is confusing, and the delays in your responseshours followed by daysare frustrating. When I finally received a reply on Monday, I was informed that the item had already shipped (which seems like a tactic to prolong the process and charge me a restocking fee). The item should not have been shipped, especially given the complicated return process. It was not as simple as just a label; I had to take several extra steps, and I doubt you would honor a refund knowing I received a box of opened and resealed Pokmon decks.

    Not a single pack was correct. Each booster pack should include three holographic cards or two holographic cards and one full art, but I received only one common or uncommon holographic card per pack. Previously, I bought packs from a local store and received 3 to 6 full arts out of 9 packs. This time, not one card was decent. A company that allows such a product to be shipped and then makes it difficult for buyers to get refunds is clearly scamming customers from the outset.

    Furthermore, the lack of an apology or resolution from your company is concerning. I was overcharged for an item I did not want, and I was not provided with the seller's name, even though I wanted to express my frustration about being ripped off. I have video and photographic evidence of opening the package and comparing the decks to my previous ones.

    Lastly, the only resolution offered was store credit upon return, which I do not want. I am requesting a refund to my original form of payment.

    Hello! My name is Espoir Ndandou. I am submitting this complaint to the *************** to denounce what appears to be fraudulent practices and a breach of contract from Direct Liquidation and request your assistance to get a refund. As a matter of fact, on 09/30/2024, I made a payment of $4,558 to this company for an auction lot (#*********) that I won. Upon receiving the payment, the company sent me an email confirming that the payment was received; the email also stated that the order will be prepared for pickup and that I will be notified to arrange a pick-up or delivery. However, shortly after, I received another email stating that my order was cancelled due to limited/unavailable inventory. I was disappointed and frustrated, therefore I reached out to the company by phone call at first, to request a refund. The agent who responded suggested to use the funds as credit for a future purchase but I declined and insisted on my refund. He then said that he had sent an email to their account department to request my refund and that the processing time could take up to 10 days. In the following days I received a form to fill out for my refund, which I completed and submitted on 10/08/2024. Since then, I have not received my money and despite my continuous efforts to call and email the company about my refund, so far this company is giving me the runaround and has not refunded me. This situation has caused me a serious financial hardship since my hard-earned money has been blocked for over two weeks, and I have not been able to tend to my family's needs nor pay my bills. I'm extremely stressed and severely affected by this deliberate withholding of my money by a company that apparently defrauded me. This unfair business practice and deceitful behavior should not be tolerated. Therefore I submit this complaint against Direct Liquidation (GoTRG/The Recon Group) and require a full refund of my money in the sum of $4,558. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    This company sells on ***** I purchased an item and it was marked as shipped. ***** never received the item so there was no actual tracking information. I never received the item or response from the seller through *****

    I purchased a refrigerator from this company. The add stated that the refrigerator was a 4 door ******* refrigerator black in color. What I received was a 2 door Frigidaire refrigerator white in color. I refused delivery but was told by the company that all sales were final and if I had an issue contact my credit card company. When I spoke with company they told me items were sold as is. However, a QA inspection sticker was placed on the outside of the refrigerator which obviously indicated that the item was checked out prior to shipment and as can be seen in the photos the item is obviously listed as a ******* and the manifest also lists the item as a ******* even though a Frigidaire was what was sold. This is a prototypical bait and switch. This kind of company should never be allowed to operate.

    This is a horrible response.  As is I would understand if it arrived and was not working however, this item is completely different.  They are not even remotely similar.  This is from January because their initial response was deal with it or call your credit card company.  These people are criminals who pull bait and switch sales.  It is for that reason they do not accept returns.

    As you used in your response it states as-is and a close match.  Would you honestly consider a 4 door black refrigerator a close match to a 2 door white refrigerator?  I would have understood if the refrigerator did not work properly or had some type of malfunction however, the fact of the matter is that your company pulled a bait and switch.  You dont allow returns because you know that you send items that are incorrect.  Your company is a horrible example of this industry.  You basically stole money and you know this to be true.  Any reasonable person can see what happened is unequivocally wrong on your part.
