ABSOLUTE DISASTER We purchased the solar panels a year ago from this company, and to date, they still don't work. We have tried unsuccessfully to get them to come out and fix the problem to no avail.At our own expense, we had another company come and inspect them, and sure enough, there were issues, starting with the communication FPL needs to get to credit us with the electricity.Clearly, this company only cares about installing and walking away once they collect their money from the finance company. ******** **** is not a customer of this company and has posted reviews under different names. After he posted a review on behalf of his mother, who was a client, I attempted to contact ******** ****'s mother but only reached ********. I personally made extraordinary efforts in regard to Mr. ****'s complaints concerning solar, and tried numerous times to bring Mr. **** into the office so we could call FPL and the solar manufacturer and figure out once and for all what the issue was (if any). Mr. **** refused to meet with us. We sent people to Mr. ****'s home twice; Mr. ****'s representation that the company did not provide him help is absolutely false. Mr. **** wrote to me via email that FPL came out to his home and explained there was nothing wrong on FPL's side. He now states that was not true. I have substantial email threads to corroborate my response.Review fromImandra J
