      I really liked BlueDogInk in the past because they were quick and reliable. This last order I placed however went much differently. I ordered a Printer Drum and a Toner Cartridge. Now, my printer is ancient and it is becoming increasingly difficult to find toner. I was on the fence about purchasing a new printer, or investing in a new Drum for this ancient work horse. Because they had the toner in stock, I decided to go ahead and order the drum and get a little more life out of my printer. The drum arrived, no problem, except that when I go to install it, it says it is missing the black toner cartridge. I don't have a replacement yet because it hasnt arrived, so I call BlueDogInk. I am told that they don't have the toner in stock (I got no notification of this) and that they have no idea when or if it will be back in stock. So now I have an expensive drum that does not work and no way to get toner into it to see if it even works (I have not been able to find the toner elsewhere). I call BlueDogInk to talk to a manager about this. They don't have one. I leave a message for someone to call me back to discuss...no call. Their customer service I have experienced is atrocious!
