    I used Sparkle LLC when it was Miami Sparkle 2/25/2019 andin 2022. I found **** ****** to connect my Titan waterless tank, that should have brrn under warranty. I spent thousands with him reconnecting my kitchen sink, drain and other ,repairs for years. I was dissappointed in his service last year when my water tank broke, he sent his inexperienced son to replace the water tank and refused to file a warranty claim. So again I spent more money when I did not have to because I needed hot water. I vowed not to use him again. Then my unit had electrical problem and when the General Contractor came, said connections he did in 2019 wrong and the water tank was placed close to water drain and not to code. I took a picture and sent to ****. I think the problem is hes trying to train his son, however he should do that in person and not send a kid to do a licensed job. Also he was rude when I called him to come to see what he stated that not compliant to code, he said he would charge me 95 to pay first then he would come. Why should I pay when it was installed wrong and I should have never allowed his young unlicensed son to touch my plumbing. I am so upset, I asked him to stop by whever he could without charging me and he started screaming to call someone else and he doesnt care if I tell BBB. He is horrible, that is probably why he keeps changing LLC name because horrible service and overcharges.

    OK, so first of all, ***** was talking to me and yelling at me and threatening me to go and complain to the BBB only thing we did for her  is install Water heater and connect her drain for her dishwasher. She want me to come and do  40 years inspection And I have no idea why she want me to do that For free and And she was saying, that a company came to install her washing machine and they cannot install it because her drain for her washing machine is incorrect. This is nothing to do with me and I have no idea why she called me for this issue. I attached all the picture that she provided me and if you can see, we only install a tankless water heater. We got paid for it and it was not my son that installed it for her it was my employee he is well trained, and work for me for many years. As you can see the picture of the tankless water heater, that we install is perfectly good and according to the plumbing code, shes trying to get a free service for something we didnt do. She was talking on the phone with no respect and when I told her dont threaten me, this is the time she hang up the phone on me and she didnt wanna listen to me so this is my response. Im been doing plumbing for over 35 years, Ive no complains and work with thousands of company and private owners with no issue .

    another thing I dont even know how she come out with. We owe her $1000 we didnt even do the job for $1000. This job was done also a few years ago and now she calling about something theres nothing to do with us , also, if you could see with the pictures, the cheap provide, we never touch her Plumbing behind the wall, but you can see the picture. This is old Plumbing.
