    Date of transaction: 04Jul2024 Purchased the ***** ******* 10x program $997 - Agreed to purchase after listing to a ******** Live video. On 04Jul2024 the ** Masterclass Rec $995 - Misrepresented. After paying the $997 above. I was redirected to a different page unknowingly to $995 assuming this was the same program of the 10x ($997). After seeing that my credit card had two different purchases ($997 & $995), thinking this was an error due to technology mix-up. I contacted the company on 05Jul2024 and pointed this error out to the agent and requested a refund. Instead, my request was ignored, and the aggressive sales tactics begin as below. During this call, I was unable to access any training programs and was told by agent that it takes 24hrs for access to the training.Purchased via call 05Jul2024 - 2-day Workshop $4,000 & ***** ******* Extra Value $2,005.00.On 07Jul2024 - Requested a refund of $7,997 via email due to unable to access the programs for download of any Cardone materials from 05-07Jul. At this point, I was informed via call with agent of the company's no refund policy. After reading the policy, I became more fearful, as the policy stated a yearly auto-renewal of the programs outlined above.On 08Jul2024 - Contacted via email by a different agent with the company which offered 3 options for resolution. Option 1: Cancel the 10x deal finder and VIP ticket upgrade. Refund $2,000. Keep you on the real estate mentoring program. Option 2: Keep the real estate success system. Option 3: Keep everything and go all in on real estate. At this point, I was fighting a lost cause of a full refund and stopped all communications. Resolution: a full refund and if not, at least the $2k offered. 2. **************** sales tactics, more transparency w/customers on refund policy upfront & inform customers of the purchase agreement during the sales call & share the agreement via email w/customer for sound financial decision w/such a grievous policy that ***** consumers.

    I would like to remove this compliant effectively as of 07Oct2024. As the company has contacted me to purpose a settlement of a full refund of $7,995.

    In response to consumer BBB compliant sent to company, the company reached out on 07Oct2024 to the consumer via phone to discuss resolution and via email with summary of discussion. Please find attached the entire email discussion of company and consumer for resolution agreement of consumer Full Refund of $7,995.
