    Just placing this review because of the awful experience I had. Purchased a 50 dollar vape device on friday, friday evening we notice some issues so saturday we called to ask what we can do to get it replaced. they said come talk to the manager but at a later time to discuss it, despite needing resolution but despite how broken it was we thought it could last but then sunday it completely broke. i called again and asked if i could come in and get it refunded or replaced to get from somewhere that is reliable but they said they would refuse. i have pictures of the vape with no use yet it is leaking and clogged and unusable. i reminded them of the **** warranty act (implied warranty of merchantability) that they have responsibility to address a new product being sold broken after correct handling and within a reasonable time (super reasonable considering i would expect these to last one month, not a day). Super defective product and ********************************************** will escalate to a BBB action complaint file for selling defective product.
