    We contracted with this company to install a set of impact glass windows and doors in September of 2022. They were supposed to install them in December on 2022. After numerous delays which were all poorly communicated they began work in April of 2023. They still have not actually finished the job (its now November of 2023) but back in October we were so sick of how they said they would fix things and then reneged on it that we told them we were done and that our construction crew would fix their shoddy silicone job. Pieces are loose and not plumb and they blame it on the building. They installed aluminum strips on all 13 windows to cover their bad silicone and it isnt the same color white as the doors which they provided. They have decreased the value of home because now any renter or buyer sees that everywhere and questions what else was done in a shoddy fashion. Beyond that, their team was rude to deal with, and would show up without warning (even though we asked them multiple times to tell us when they were coming) and complain that things werent ready for them. I live in a building that recommended them and MANY MANY of the other tenants are beyond disappointed with them.
