I requested a maintenance check of my HVAC unit because I detected a leak. The owner of representative Cecil came out. He was very nice. He tested for the leak and found it, but after we left the property he declined providing the report. The issue is he excepted a service and performed it, then declined providing the report for payment. If he wasn’t interested or wished to not take the business then he shouldn’t have performed the service. I would like a copy of the report and happy to pay him for it, if not a full report, pictures of the gauges outside and or picture of the inside, statement of whatever the machine read. It’s super straightforward.

His report states that he hit my voicemail and he may have on a different day but he definitely got in touch with me and we spoke right before he got there as a headsupminutes. Monday the 19th, The call was 23 seconds long you don’t send somebody’s voicemail for 23 seconds and you can clearly see that I picked up. He did come and perform the maintenance check. I don’t understand why this is even an issue. I’m paying for service. I just need him to report the Facts

      Hello,
My name is Don ******** co-owner of ACBYDC heating and air conditioning. I spoke with Cecil regarding this matter previously, and he advised me that there were no pictures saved from this call, with the exception of a screenshot that he took of when he called to document that he did indeed call. He said it was stated by the home owner that the purpose of this service call was to document information to be used in an upcoming lawsuit between the homeowner and original installing company and possibly a subsequent company.

Upon learning of this, it was decided that this is not the type of business we want to be involved in. The machine is under a year old and warranted by another company. We suggested reaching out to them for service.

We did go out to the home, but declined payment from the homeowner after learning the intent of the service call.

I am attaching copies of the phone call screenshot, the emailed zero dollar invoice, as well as a subsequent email that she sent us.

Please let us know if we can provide any additional information.

      Thank you.
