    I called love and hope adoptions because I was referred to them by another adoption agency who told me love and hope adoptions would work with adopting older kids. So I called the ************** and a very disgusting woma, who clearly hates her life and her job, answered the phone. She started by telling me how they normally do t work with biological kids because someone in the family always changes their mind. And I was like.. ooooookay??? Why are u telling me this? That has nothing to do with my situation. Don't assume I'm like everyone else. Then she went on to say. And I quote."What's the kids issues and why doesn't anyone want them?" I was like wow Are u kidding me? That's extremely insensitive and rude to say. I told her she needs to rephrase the question. She refused and said "I know it's rude but if u want my help you need to just answer the question" So I said to her.. please go find a job u are well suited for because working at an adoption agency and having absolutely no compassion is just unheard of. We are not giving away our kid because "nobody wants them" we are in a bad position and just want the child to be in a stable environment. My God the lady was so rude and hung up the phone. I tried calling back and she had turned her phone off. What kind of company turns off their phone? Must be a one person owned business or a very small and unprofessional company. I called the other company back who referee love and hope adoptions to me and I told them what the last said and they were like wow and couldn't believe how rude she was and they apologized for referring love and hope adoptions to me I'm waiting this review so whoever is the *** will hire better staff who knows how to talk to people who are trying to start an adoption process. Don't be rude to the parents. Sont be condescending. Don't act like u know everything and everyone's situation. That woman is a disgusting demon. Horrible personality. I hope she gets fired.
