Empire Vapor Barrier did a fantastic job. They showed up with a large, experienced crew and finished the work in one day. I was impressed with the owner and foreman who explained my situation and offered an effective solution. Their lifetime guarantee sealed the deal for me. If you need work done, I highly recommend them.

**** and his TEAM did a fantastic job for us !!! We worked closely with **** and his team throughout the process, and as a result ended up with MANY custom features. Pricing was fair. The attention to detail was impressive true craftsmen. Work Performed:-Removed/replaced subflooring THE ENTIRE HOUSE.-Leveled a section of the house.-Replaced / fortified some floor joists.-Installed vapor barrier.-Installed LVP [Luxury Vinyl Plank] throughout house. -Installed upgraded baseboard molding throughout house.-Master bath: Ceiling repair. Replaced vanity countertop. Repaired drywall over sink.-Guest bath: Removed existing shower. Moved stackable washer/dryer inside from garage [including power and plumbing]. Replaced vanity countertop. Ceiling repair. Installed drywall.-Guest bedroom: Ceiling repair. Installed overhead light.-Sunroom: Installed new sliding glass door. Installed siding for new construction around door. At 1st I was a little disenchanted with communication and timeliness. But I am not a patient person. Paul, the owner, Chad my estimate person. Outstanding service. Our vapor barrier was badly damaged by hurricane ******, and we found Empire Vapor Barriers ad in our community newsletter. Having dealt with unscrupulous contractors in the past we were very cautious with hiring someone. Dealing with ****, the owner, we were impressed with his strait forwardness and honesty when a change in the contract was made. He was timely, easy to communicate with, and the job was done in an efficient manner to our satisfaction at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this company.Empire Vapor Barrier LLC

We recently chose Empire to install a new vapor barrier for us. We contacted 4 ***************** crew were the only ones that suited up and went under to see exactly what the conditions were to give us a accurate quote and took pictures so we could see for ourselves. Others that quoted took a quick peek on one side. Not saying they wouldn't do what was needed but we appreciated the effort to fully assess the work. That along with the owners prompt quotation, very competitive price and speedy schedule is why we chose them. The crew worked hard, were very thorough and did an excellent job. They forwarded pictures during and after the project and they contacted us after the job was completed to make sure we were happy. Empire Vapor Barrier came to my house explained all my different options. I decided on full rip out of old insulation, as it was old and hanging from floor joists. I also elected to redo my skirting to help keep critters out. I'm very glad I went with this decision my house looks a hundred percent better. Best company I have dealt with in 40 years in *******. I called they came out within 2 hours gave estimate. It was a good price next day showed up completed job and it looks great. ******* the guy that did the work was beyond nice and did great work. **** the owner is a super nice guy. Empire Vapor Barrier was a breath of fresh air to work with. **** came out the day I called to give us an estimate. He had his crew out first thing the next morning. His employees were professional and extremely hard working. They were very neat and thorough. They completed the job, within one day. There were before and after pictures to ensure the work under our house was being done as promised! Empire Vapor Barrier of ******* sent an engineer to my home today to provide an under home maintenance inspection. **** was knowledgeable, polite and thorough. The company he represents is licensed, bonded and insured by the ****************. The work they do protects floors from moisture damage a d keeps bugs and animals out. They specialize in vapor barrier installations or repairs, hurricane Tie Downs, soft floor repairs, support piers and subfloor replacement. They accept major credit cards.
