Went in to get a fuel leak checked out. I called the next day or two later to see if it was fixed. The lady on the phone was rude every single interaction I had with her. From the second I dropped it off to picking it up. Almost like she had much better things to do. After I picked it up the engine light was still on so I took it back for them to check it again. Since it was a fuel leak I explained to them that the parts I provided should've been used and each time they refused to use them saying they were not needed and all the fuel leak was that the injector line needed to be tightened. After they "fixed" it the second time I re-iterated that when I installed the injector (Months previously) that the bronze fitting needed to be on there. Before I took my truck to Cliffords I pulled the injector and found the bronze fitting to not be there so that led me to taking it here. They claimed that in order to save me money what they did would be suffice. After i went to pick the truck up after they cleared the light the truck was worse than before and began smoking before I even got down the street. I am now taking it to another shop to have professionals repair Cliffords mistake. I will be going to *******'s ********************************************** to seek compensation for Cliffords negligence on the matter.

This vehicle was brought in for a fuel leak concern, fuel leak was ************ was leaking at injector rail due to loose fitting. We tightened the fitting and we were unaware of any other issues. We now know why you should always take your vehicle to a professional the first time before trying to complete any repairs yourself.

My boyfriends car was impounded Nov.16th 2024. I just called today to retrieve my belongings out of the car as he is now incarcerated. Everytime Ive gone up there to get my belongings they tell me they cant let me in the car. My tag , a jacket my dad gave me when he passed away two months ago was in that car along with other belongings of mine. They said they notified us when they auctioned the car off, NO THEY DID NOT. the lady at the desk is rude and had no compassion and when asked for the new owners of the car which by law they have to give you the info , she refused. I am filing a police report on a stolen tag and see ya in court bc they had no right to sell the car without notifying the owners of the car.

The total lien process is fulfilled in usually about 35 to 45 days and then the car is sold to compensate tow fees. The only person allowed to retrieve belongings or vehicle is the registered owner. All of thes parties are notified through the lien process directly from the dmv.
