Car policy was canceled (without notifying me) 5 days ago, in spite of $1095.14 full payment on April 8, 2024. I had already made a partial payment on Mar 14 2024 of $404.17 but agent said the $404.17, was never received by Ins. About 2 wks after April 8 payment the $404.17 "had (magically) been received". BUT now the $1095.14 is **** In spite of screenshots of receipts and direct mail from credit card/PayPal and credit union as proof that payments were sent, received and posted, by State Farm. "They can't find payment". So, I get canceled anyway and they obviously refuse to refund the $400+ I over paid and with no insurance I can't go anywhere!

I escalated a complaint to a claim with ****** and they ruled in my favor and reimbursed my credit card for the money paid to State Farm Insurance. (State Farm also failed to respond to ******** I changed to a different State Farm Ins Agency and resolved the issue by paying the new agent's office, from the money reimbursed to me by ******* After that the new State Farm agency (******************* Agency) reinstated my car insurance

******************** was notified by State Farm of the cancellation due to non-payment.  Attached is the notice of cancellation dated July 9, 2024 with the cancellation date of July 25, 2024.  The payment she refers to in her complaint was not received by State Farm.

My staff sent all her "screenshots" to Corporate to research to no avail.  The last contact with ******************** we advised her that Corporate was unable to locate her payment and she should make a dispute with the company she made the payment through.  During that same conversation she was advised that her policy would be cancelled for non-payment effective July 25, 2024.  ******************** stated that she did not receive a cancellation notice and she requested a copy of the notice via email - which we sent to her.

******************** has since transferred her policy to another agents office.
