    It is an attractive building. The Food is Good. The problem is that IF you are NOT mobile, this is NOT the place for you or your family member. When you are delivered to the dining area, you will have to wait 1/2 hour to dine. When you are finished, you will have to wait 1/2 hour to be pushed to your room. Someone immobile will have to wait as much as 3 hours if having 3 meals a day. The place is BIG. Waiting time for an elevator or an employee to assist is Long.Once the sale is made, it is difficult to get verbal or written contract changes
