    I placed an order for Dream Motivational products from Successories. The 1st item arrived with No glass and it should have glass. I emailed customer service about the other larger item. *************************** | **************** told me he would get shipping information and get back to me the same day. I never heard from him. I then sent another email and it was responded to by ********************* | **************** who said she will send me return instructions. I never heard back from her. Today I called and actually spoke with ***********************************. I was told to send pictures of what I received without the glass. I did. He also informed me the other item is to be delivered . I replied to ******* telling him to cancel the order. I replied twice asking him to cancel the order, Then sent the email saying cancel the order that ****** replied to. I am now told it will be delivered tomorrow. I will try to be here to refuse it. Successories service is PATHETIC! Horrible. I want nothing of theirs. I want a 100% full refund.

    Thank you for informing me about the issue with ************************* and the situation surrounding the product damaged in transit to her location. It is unfortunate to hear that there is a disagreement between our company's assessment and the customer regarding the replacement resolution.

    Based on our records, the customer provided pictures of the damaged product, and we offered to issue a "free of charge" replacement. However, the credit card authorization for the original order received from her banking institution declined once the order was shipped.  Our policy requires securing payment for the original order before processing the replacement order.  It appears that the customer does not agree with this process and is refusing to make the payment.

    At this time the customer has not been therefor thers is not refund due.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I NEVER REFUSED TO MAKE PAYMENT. ****** charged me. I was charged for this Purchase VIA Klarna. I offered to send the items back and Successories Refused to take the items back. ****** is returning the money they charged me.
