I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply concerning matter I have encountered while engaging with Azull Capital, a company I initially approached for their advertised service of aligning clients with business loans for commercial real estate acquisitions. The business relationship commenced in January 2023 and continued up to the present date. As a part of this engagement, I enlisted their services for tax preparation, which, disappointingly, remains incomplete to date.In addition to this initial agreement, a representative from Azull Capital presented an opportunity for me to serve as an advisor for the firm, inviting me to invest further in the company. However, the circumstances that have transpired since then have led me to question the integrity of this business entity.Regrettably, I have found my attempts at communication - including phone calls, text messages, and emails - met with an unexplained and unsettling silence from the company for an extended period of 45 days. I have even made daily attempts to contact them, only to be met with immediate redirection to voicemail. An associate of mine managed to reach them on the same number, which raised suspicion about the company's selective response to my inquiries.Further adding to my concerns, upon investigation, I noted that Azull Capital does not appear in the Better Business Bureau (BBB) directory, which is a common resource for verifying the credibility of businesses.I wish to highlight that I have a legally notarized agreement that includes both the job offer and the terms of repayment. This document signifies the commitments that were agreed upon between Azull Capital and me.Given the concerning events and the potential implications of these unfulfilled agreements, I am apprehensive about the legitimacy of Azull Capital and the ethics they operate under. I deem this to be a matter of utmost importance and request your immediate attention and advice on how to proceed further.
