    I purchased a couple of products on Dec. 3rd, 2024 which included protection on my items. I explained to ***** who is a customer service *** via email ************************************ that I did not receive my package and could have been an issue due to the severe winter storm we had in my area. With there lack of effort in helping me and ignoring me Im thinking they dont really care and now Id like to cancel my other orders I placed with them before shipment as this company is not the one.     I purchased a Bullstrap leather case for my iPhone on Dec 20th. Everything on their site says if you arent satisfied you can return the case within 45 days of purchase for a full refund. The case is not what I expected and sent them a request to return. I sent them 2 photos. Of the case. It was well within the 45 days. They are telling me they wont accept my return because the security tag is not on the case any longer. If they had said the tag must stay on it until you are sure its of the quality you expect I would have kept the security tag on it. I took off the security tag to see how their fitment was. I feel like this is completely unethical and a bait and switch. I feel like they are advertising unfair and deceptive policies on their site to get you to buy this product. They offered me a store credit but I dont want a store credit. I want a full refund like they said I could get when I purchased the item if I wasnt satisfied. I am not satisfied.
