I enrolled in their nursing program Nov 2021, finished the program in March 2023, i need my transcript so i can transfer my credit to another program. The school closed down when the *** asked them for information in regards to the nightingale operation.Initial Complaint

My name is ****************************, a graduate student of *********** Institute (LVN - RN) program. I register/enroll in the ********** Institution via online Nursing program on January 2022 in the office of ****'s NClex Review at *******, *****. In that said office, I paid the $75 registration fee. I also paid them my first initial payment of $5,000 tuition fee and the $9,500 for the rest of the tuition fee as shown in my attachments. I pass all the online written tests and spend 2 weeks in ******* as requested by the school for the clinicals in which I covered all the costs from the airplane ticket, rental car, hotel and food which costs me total of $4,000. I also enroll in the online courses via ********************** for the required prerequisites that I must complete in which I did but it costs me over $1,000 for all 7 subjects that includes labs. I also paid $400 for the ****** NCLEX review as directed by the instructor in preparation for the exit exam. On November 2022, I asked the school (************, Head of Academic) that I'm ready to challenge the Exit Exam and I told her that all my tuition fees are paid in full as directed by the institution, And yet, they kept delaying me for the exam and requested more documents such as Course Report from the lead instructor (******************). After producing the Course Report and submitted to ************, she continue to delay my Exit Test and not answer my text or phone calls. I finally got of hold of her in January 2023 but she told me that it's not ****** test any longer. Also, she told me that all test are pause due to the school is under review by the ***** of ******** By February 2023, the school stop answering my calls or email and the *** investigation "Operation Nightingale" is underway which exposed numerous school to include Techni Pro Institute. This have been a nightmare for me and my family. This heartless school took every ***** that I earn and left me and my family hungry. Please help me get my money back and move on from this nightmare.Initial Complaint

On December 2022 I paid to this school ****** dollars for the nursing program, at that moment they insisted that the tuition had to be paid in full for me to get the certificates or degree which I did. On February 2023 they sent a letter to all the students stating they were under investigation and since then the school is closed, there is no responses from them and no one knows anything about the owner, this school stole the money of hundreds of students and this is not fair for all those people whom have done so many effort to pay to this school and the people like me that have had the dream to become nurses and suddenly they disappear like ghosts. Please take any action about this school and they can return students money and dignity!!!Initial Complaint

I transferred to this school from ************ in January of 2013 and finished the last class of Professional ******* Roles and Leadership with an A average at ********** in April of 2013. ********** sent my information to the ***** of ******* in April of 2013 that I was eligible to sit for my NCLEX. I have been contacting the school since 2013 to receive my diploma and last class transcript to no avail. They refuse to call me back and are very judgemental when I speak on the phone with them. I am still trying to have someone call me but they don't. I just want my diploma and last class transcript and the courtesy of respect when someone eventually does speak with me.Initial Complaint

I finished the program waiting to take my exit. They didn't want me to take the exit neither provided me a transcript to go to another school. ******* and ********************************* stole over $24000 from me. I was a student at Technipro Institute in the RN program. I started January 10th, 2022. The total tuition was $32,096. I paid $3,500 out of pocket and then took out a loan with Climb Credit in July 2022. I was approved for a loan that covered my tuition IN FULL for the remaining amount of $28,596. In February 2023 I got word from my fellow classmates that the school was shut down temporarily. I didnt even get an email or notice I had to hear it from some classmates. I emailed a few professors and the academic counselor but they all said they did not know what was going on just that TPI was under investigation. That is the phrase they used for the next few months. I called the school multiple times no answer. I even drove down to the school and it was closed no one was there. I emailed the Attorney general of ******* she didnt help just sent me a few links. I emailed a woman by the name of *****, who is with the ** department of education, and she said and I quote: Call the **** get a lawyer, or find another school. After realizing I was not going to get any help, I called Climb Credit to tell them the situation and if there was anything they could do to reverse the loan. They said only the school could do it but the problem is you cant reach anyone! So now I am stuck with a monthly bill for a program I couldnt even finish. Ridiculous! I am currently attending another school and now not only will I be paying this new tuition, but I still have to cover my school loan with Climb. Its not right. I dont even care about my transcripts because I switched my program of study entirely I just want the loan company to get their money back. Its affecting my credit badly and it is too much to keep paying both tuitions. I just want my money back. The $3,500 I paid out of pocket and the $28,596 back to Climb Credit. I attended this school and was enrolled in the *** LVN to RN program . I completed my program . I made several calls and sent numerous of emails to *********** ******* services ********************************* . The Director ****************** was emailed , no reply and no resolution . I called ****************************************** only to be told she has several emails and will get to my emails. No one answers the phone at the school , if they do they hang up in your face or keep you on hold . I paid my tuition in full and none of my money is recorded as a paid balance . My transcript has the incorrect name on it with documents sent to correct it and no correction was done. I am just getting the run around along with other students . This situation has to be investigated. Attached is my transcript showing I met the required number of hours after my hours are updated as I requested also . I will have 77 credited hours . A receipt to the Nclex review attached, which is the review that enrolled me in the school . I completed my program and paid my tuition and I want to complete the process.Business Response

I apologize for my delayed response, I didnt have access to my email. My school has been a victim of a crime related to students such as this one.************************* paid someone outside of my school for an Nclex review. Once we became aware and notified the students that we are conducting and audit ; cooperating with the state we started receiving threats. The commission of independent education is working with us to capture students like *************I truly wish ************ applied through our website and onboarded to ********** institute the proper way.That did not happen.************ is aware of this and we were told to limit communication with students during the audit.Our communication explaining this spooked her and instigated the threats and actions of her trying to show we did not deliver services or have stolen her money.As a business man I pride myself on being fair.I would never mistreat a student or human being like that.Please let me know how we can resolve this.Mrs.***** request can not be fulfilled.********** has not received any funds from this person.President *********

Attached is my receipt for $3075 recorded in his student school portal . ********************************* has never spoke with me and I was not spooked by any investigation. No student was informed of why the audit was taking place . I requested my transcript before the 1/25/2023 scam of fake transcript. I did paid my $16,300 to Jeans NCLEX Review whom gave them the money and requested all students enroll with Techni Pro Institute. I had no acknowledgment of Jeans NCLEX fraudulent acts . My money went directly to him on 2/4/2022 and I was registered as a student with a $75 registration fee. ********** correct my name as you see in the attachment along with my receipt and 1098T from Techni Pro institute. ********************************* is currently under *** investigation because my classmate reported him . During his 2/2/2023 face to face audit he provided the ******* ***** of ********* no documents. I have screenshots all my records that was on his system . He shut down student portals when I continue to email him along with other students. I did attend his school and enroll in his portal. That is how he has my address on his documents . Transcript with name change attached . Traveled to ******* from my home state ***** and attended clinical . I am sitting across from his **** of Nurses in the picture. ********* visited students during our clinical session.

I requested 2 official transcripts to be mailed to my home address on 11/4/2022 and paid my money for the two official transcripts but havent received it yet . I have been reaching out to this institute but no response not even from the President. This has brought a lot of stress to me trying to obtain my 2 official transcript that I have paid for .I have included my messages to them as well as my transcript request.Thanks
