    FRNDSPRS.COM FRNDSPRS.COM FL(5722) (Kasho Holding) charged my bank account an unauthorized $12.99, and my bank charge did not reveal the exact merchant, only that it was frndsprs.com, who I had no clue who it was. Later, I found out it was Kasho Holding Inc. The chat worker also would not reveal the merchant, only said their records showed a bank-rejected amount of $2.99 over a month ago. They again refused to reveal the merchant. I think it is probably Spokeo, which over a month ago gave what I would call a teaser charge of $.99 for a one-time lookup info on a local *** offender. Stupidly, I gave my credit card bank info. The returned info on the *** offender was very minuscule and unhelpful. They wanted to up my charge to $2.99, and then to $12.99, I think for monthly services. I declined and then found out that my bank also declined all the charges. So over one month later frndsprs.com successfully charged my bank account $12.99. BOTTOM LINE: I NEVER AGREED TO A $12.99 MONTHLY CHARGE! I never even agreed to upgrade to the $2.99 charge they tried. I think Kasho and Spokeo are working a scam game.
