When COVID-19 hit, my salon suites in *********** faced closure, leaving me drowning in loans, including eight merchant cash advances. Desperate, I reached out to Regroup Partners. My husband and I drove to **********, and in a four-hour meeting, they provided transparent insights and a program to navigate my debts, offering VIP treatment during this traumatic time. Their guidance saved me money, enabling me to sell the suites in 2023 and avoid potential loss of home and investments. I strongly recommend Regroup for their sincerity and commitment, emphasizing the importance of face-to-face meetings when your financial stability is at stake. Meeting them gave me peace of mind to make the right decisions and get my business back on track. **************

I was called by Regroup Partners in 2021 asking if I could use help with my debt. I agreed to pay them $1,246 every 2 weeks to help me settle 4 accounts I had with lenders. In 3 years Regroup Partners collected $59,808.48 and settled only one account for $25,769.13. They are now lying on my ****** review saying they resolved several of my accounts and that I only had one more left, but I stopped paying them. In thruth, my personal account was completely garnished of $14,784 due to their lack of communication with a lender that I was told is getting paid. I was devastated and left without any money for my business payroll or personal bills. I begged *****, *******, and ******* through phone calls and emails for the $9000 in my trust fund/**** account that was set asside. They eventually refused to answer my phone calls, seized my account, and are now saying I owe them an additional $11,000! Regroup Partners are the most unethical, dishonest company I have ever dealt with. ******* and ******* are now threatening a law suit if I make any bad reviews.. well.. the Truth will be told!

We regret to hear about your negative experience and the allegations you have made. However, it is important to clarify some points regarding your situation.  We never avoided any phone calls from you nor did we threaten you.

    Truth & Face

First and foremost, it is not in the best interest of Regroup Partners to engage in any behavior that would harm our business, as you mentioned. We strive to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all our dealings.

Regarding your debt, it is true that you borrowed over $175,000 from lenders three years ago. When you joined our program, we fulfilled our commitment to you by getting you into a settlement and successfully completing it. Additionally, we were able to negotiate and settle other debts on your behalf. Our efforts have provided you with cash flow and kept your business operational during this time.

However, it was your decision to stop making payments into your trust account for well over a year.  We advised you these creditors will go after you on a personal and professional level.   It is important to note that we cannot pay your creditors without funds in the trust. We do not work for free and when you signed on for our help you agreed to our fee's.  We do not collect clients moneys without working, we got into a settlement immediately and started paying your one creditor, we could not get into additional settlements immediately because you did not have the funds.  We let each of your creditors know the hardship you were having and the amount you were paying into your trust.  We kept them at bay for a short period and we assured them you were making attempts.  It was your sole decision to stop paying into your trust to settle these debts.  Your creditors were in communication with us regularly and you did not want to commit to repaying them,   It is essential for clients to fulfill their financial obligations as outlined in our contract.  Let's make it clear, we did not and do not collect funds and not pay creditor's.  Regroup Partners believes lenders must be paid back, however Regroup Partners must keep the business owner operational to do so.  We devise a plan best for you (that you agreed) we get the lenders on board to better sustainable terms with a reduce repayment rate over a period that works to keep the business owner in business.  We must get lenders paid back to lend to businesses who do need the working capital and will pay back!

Despite your lack of cooperation, we have made significant efforts to keep your creditors at bay and maintain open lines of communication. We have advised you on the importance of staying in touch with your creditors, as they have started pursuing legal action in your state. Our goal has always been to help you settle your debts and provide relief for your business.

We have diligently documented our interactions with you, and your creditors including over 400 pieces of evidence, such as recorded phone calls and written correspondence. This evidence supports the fact that we have worked tirelessly on your file. However, without your financial contributions, we are unable to continue our work effectively.  You breached the contract you signed with your lenders and you did that with Regroup Partners.   Now you want to blame someone.

Furthermore, we have sent you a release form, indicating the outstanding balance for the work we have done. This is a standard practice, as we cannot provide our services without compensation. It is important to understand that our role is not to assist in defrauding your lenders but to help you navigate your financial obligations and find a resolution.

In conclusion, while we understand your frustration, it is crucial to acknowledge that your lack of commitment to the program has hindered its success. Our team has fulfilled our contractual obligations, and it is unfair to place the blame solely on us for your unwillingness to repay your creditors.

If you have any further concerns or would like to discuss this matter in more detail, please reach out to us directly. We value your feedback and are committed to finding a resolution.  We want to help you and settle your debts, what more could we have done?  We can not work for free and we have done a great job by keeping your business open for the last 3 years, we secured your accounts receivable's which is huge in this industry as these lenders are very aggressive.  **** you must pay back your lenders and you can not hire companies to help and you think it's okay not to pay them.   I don't know what more we could have done.  Our last communication was let us go into settlement and pay these lenders or we have to terminate the account per the agreement.

We acknowledge your claim that Regroup Partners settled and saved you a significant amount on your debt with one of your creditors, PayPal. The outstanding balance of $28,000 was settled for $11,750.33, resulting in a savings of over 60%. It is important to address the inaccuracies in your complaint, as the figures you provided are incorrect and inflated by $35,000. We understand that this situation may be stressful for you, but it is crucial to present an accurate representation of the facts and not discredit our company unfairly.  You entered into  our program in August of 2021 with 5 lenders and 2 active lawsuits that were filed 7/13/21 -  3/31/21.  We immediately got to work on them which allowed you to keep your business running with income.   We had settlement offers in place from both of these lenders and you failed to adhere.

At Regroup Partners, our commitment has always been to fulfill our obligations and settle business debts effectively. However, it is essential to note that you chose not to repay your creditors, and now you are placing the blame solely on us. We have worked diligently to communicate with you throughout the process, and any suggestion otherwise is untrue.

Furthermore, if you claim to have paid $59,000 into your repayment trust, it is important to recognize that you still owe your lenders well over $130,000 even after considering our settlements. Additionally, you have an outstanding balance of $11,493.00 owed to Regroup Partners for our services. When you entered the program, your debt to lenders amounted to $175,000, not including default fees, which brings the total closer to $200,000.

We understand that this is a stressful situation, and our sincere intention is to assist business owners in navigating through this process. We have worked with you for three years, and the truth is that you were unable to repay your lenders and failed to fulfill your financial obligations to us. It is disheartening to see that you have now taken it upon yourself to try and destroy our reputation as your lenders are finally pursuing legal action.

Despite your lack of payments into your repayment account, we continued to work on your company debts for an additional eight months. We never ceased our efforts to find a resolution.

If you would like to discuss this matter further or have any additional concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. We genuinely value your feedback and are committed to addressing any issues to the best of our ability.
