    I purchased a 'Butchers Natural' product at a ****** store for my dog(paco) 'Duck Jerky Dog Treats'. After giving Paco the recommended "2 treats per day -dog size over 25 lbs" Paco started getting diareah. Every time he went outside to relieve himself. This is after 6 treats within 3 days. Then Paco started throwing up his dogfood, same dogfood the last 2 years of his life. Knowing the only change to Pacos diet were the treats I quit giving them to Paco. Paco has since, for the last two days, not eaten anything. Wont eat anything. Im very afraid Im going to lose him. I cant afford a vet visit for him. If this company is allowed to continue putting out poison which I believe to be vegetable ******** -an ingredient in the so called treats, more dogs and owners are going to suffer. Im really at a loss for what to do now.

    A company representative contacted the customer via phone call and expressed our sincere apologies for their dog's discomfort.  We offered a gift card to assist in out-of-pocket expenses and the customer was gracious.  We do stand behind our products and take each and every claim such as this very seriously.  To date, we have not had any other complaints of this nature on this product.

    Butchers natural provides a duck jerky sold at ******* I bought it thinking it was a natural product therefore safe and healthy. I was wrong. The first 24 hours of giving my dog the jerky she started to cough, vomit, choke, and could barely breathe. I had to rush her to the emergency vet for **rays. I brought the new treats. I inspected them and discovered they are full of extremely sharp bone shards. This was very concerning. Poultry bones are extremely dangerous to dogs. I looked for a contact number for butcher natural but the info to contact them is non existent. I emailed the company through there website my concerns and told them how horrified I was with the product being full of bone. I was told that was impossible and the emails have stopped. I have requested a phone contact number with no response. This company is selling a product that can and will kill dogs. It needs to be pulled from the shelves. I would like reimbursement for the **rays from the company. A recall is the least I will accept and an apology

    Butchers Naturals takes these types of complaints very seriously.  The head of our ************* ********************* has reached out to ************ and apologized for this experience in addition to offering reimbursement for the product cost and offered other products at no charge.  We are so very sorry that ************ had this poor experience with one of our most popular treats and are very willing to do what is necessary to correct this situation. We have not received any other complaints of this nature. Our products are manufactured in a certified safe facility, and we stand by them.

    I am rejecting this response because: The chain of emails ended and the business is refusing to respond. I was told they would look into how the bones are in the treats and I have yet to hear back. I have the treats still for proof and further investigation. I am looking into finding a lawyer for the faulty manufacturing process and the blatant lies the company is selling. These treats are riddled with bones. You have had multiple complaints there is even complaints on ****** maps. This is a shady business. Pull the poultry bone shard filled jerky from the shelves! Recall!

    Per my previous email, we have apologized for your unsatisfactory experience with our treats. We offered to replace the product with the same or similar products.  We are also willing to reimburse you for the product purchased.  All you need to do is send us the receipt and address for the payment to be sent.  In addition, if you have a bill from the veterinarian showing treatment needed as a result of our treats, please forward that as well for us to consider reimbursement.  We have no other complaints of this nature, so please understand it is difficult to determine if the vet bill relates to our product, so specific notes from the vet would be most helpful.  You have ************************* email, as he is who you were originally communicating with, so please utilize that email to send your receipts.

    I purchased the duck jerky from ****** and it makes both my dogs sick whenever I give it to them. I tried giving it to the dogs multiple times thinking it was safe but each time they got sick so I know its the treats causing it.

    I have consistently bought the bags of smoked pig ears since my dogs love them. I am a breeder so I have quite a few dogs. I just bought 2 new bags today and as I was handing out ears, I noticed one bag only had 7 ears in it. I opened my second bag and it had 8 ears in it but two looked like it was one broken in half. These bags arent cheap so I expect to get the quantity I pay for. I see no contact information for the company anywhere.

    The consumer is complaining about the number of ears in the package, however the product is sold by weight and not piece count.  As each pig ear is different due to the size of the animal, the number of ears per package will vary, but all will be at least the minimum stated weight.  I have left a VM for the consumer as i would like to know where the product was purchased as that will tell me the total purchase price.  

    We want every customer to have a perfect experience with ********* Naturals and I will follow up again with the customer if I dont hear back in the next few days

    7/3/2023 I had bought a bag of beef saucage treats at our local store and it cost us **** plus tax and when we got it home opened it all had white mold on them. we tried for refun to no results and tryed to contact company again no luck. we just want our money back. 3-21-2025 is the best by date lot ******** ******

    Purchase two bags of pigs ears pigs ears head a white fungus. Attempted to pull company several times to get pig's ears replaced cannot get in touch. I'd like my money back or my pig's ears replaced please.
