They call every twenty minutes on auto dial through the entire day. They harass people when they don't get what they want from the phone call. Then call back on another number in twenty minutes. They're a scam company looking to get free money from people.Initial Complaint

We have been paying them $99 monthly with my Discover Card to help with advertising and suggestions.They would call me monthly before the 15th of the month to give me suggestions and help with how I could reach more customers. They have not called me since Sept. 2022.I tried to email the email address on the bill ********************************* but says it couldn't be delivered). No matter what I do, I cannot get this business to stop calling me for solicitation. I am on the do-not-call list and have asked multiple, multiple times for them to take me off of their call rotation, to no avail. They are rude, argumentative and pushy - I would NEVER do business with them.Initial Complaint

I received numerous calls from this company soliciting me to pay to their business an initial setup fee of $200, followed by $20/month. In return, I was guaranteed to have my business be added to all local map platforms as well as having my business being listed amongst all voice assistant platforms such as ***** ****** and ******* I paid the setup fee and did a phone interview of 30 or so minutes attempting to solicit more services to me. I was told ***** hours for everything to be updated to map and voice assistant platforms. I checked periodically throughout the next week with no such success of my business showing up. I have paid $20/month now for almost a year in addition to the initial $200 setup fee and I have got nothing in return.Initial Complaint

This company calls my business using an autodialer, which is illegal in my state. The number has spam filters and they can not get past them. So they hang up and then within 60 seconds they will call my personal cell phone which is on BOTH the federal and State do not call list. They always use a cloaked number that appears as if it is local to me when they call and although they will answer some compulsory questions, they usually say they are from ********* in ******* or some other place in floriday and hang up when I ask for a business address. There is not a company around that will not give a business address if they want you to send them money or hire them. I was able to track them through their website when I finally got that out of one of their callers. In addition, I have told them REPEATEDLY to remove my personal phone number from their database and not to call again because they are violating the do not call lists both federally and statewide, yet they will call me three times per week using the same exact tactic still to this day. First my business phone, then my personal cell phone within 60 seconds of the business phone contact. I have filed multiple complaints with the *** and my State Attorney generals office, and I am currently working on sending them a letter for demand for compensation based on fraudulent telemarketing activities, and I will be filing in small claims court against them for at least $2500 per call that they did not answer the essential questions. Companies like this are the reason that do not call lists and law enforcement is needed. I want all of my numbers removed from their list and I want compensation for the waste of my time. This company is telemarketing me daily and I have been asked to be removed from the list with no success.
