    June 1, 2025 I am filing a complaint against the office of **** ******************** Endodontics for failing to issue a credit on my account. On January 15, 2025, Dr. ******************** performed a dental procedure. After reviewing my dental insurance Explanation of Benefits, I contacted the office regarding an overpayment of $18. After speaking to the Office Manager, ******, she advised there was actually a credit of $77 on the account and confirmed it in an email to me on Feb. 6th. I requested a check for the amount and she said she would take care of it. As of this writing, I have not yet received a check despite calling the office, on Mar, 3, 5, 18, 19, and the 27th. For those calls, I requested a call back and received none. I did speak to ****** on March 28th and she said she had been very busy and would take care of it.On April 14th, I went to the office and ****** said the matter is in the hands of the Accountant and she has done all she could do. She did ask I send her an email, which I did that day, and that she would forward to the Accountant. I have not heard from the Accountant or ****** since that email. Dr. ******************** is an excellent Endodontist, however, there is obviously an office management problem. I am appealing to your Agency for assistance.     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 23403676, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The office manager called me and advised they will send the check next week.  I will revisit this complaint if the check is not received in 30 days. Thank you for your assistance.
