  Im very disappointed with my experience with Echo. I purchased a part that I didnt use and needed to return, but the process was extremely frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to initiate the return through their website, I kept receiving a message stating someone would reach out to assist me. Unfortunately, no one ever contacted me, and now the part is outside their return window. Its frustrating and disappointing, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend doing business with them.

  They are a scam. They sent me the wrong part and charged 40% restocking.

  Same as other reviews. When ordering you are given a next day shipping date only to be informed a week later that the items ordered are "on backorder." This has happened to me twice. It won't happen again. Stay away from this company. There are other options out there.

  Advertises one price then calls claiming they can't sell at advertised price. Unless you pay them an additional $10 they cancel your order after a week of waiting.

  Horrible company, I do not think there legit, places my order online , says ready for shipment the next day , a week later still has not shipped, made a phone call all apologies and said order would be expedited next day, well next day still no movement, called again and the same ordeal there gonna expedite for sure was a slip up at the warehouse, 3 rd day still no movement so I call again , this time they try to strong arm me telling me once the order has been prepared they cannot cancel my order and hang up on me , call right back and you can hear this phone call is overseas kids playing in the background another language besides English is being spoken in the background and you can hear the guys dogs barking, so I ask to cancel my order again, this time they say no problem there going to send me a confirmation email, get the email and it's an invitation to subscribe to a website I have no interest in, luckily I paid through PayPal and sent them all the information and PayPal promptly got my money back, I strongly recommend anyone stay away from this site

  The company looked like they were part of echo company because of their name and likeness to the echo company logo. I found out the company is really called *************. They told me the items I ordered were in stock and then after waiting more than a week for delivery, I requested cancellation of the order and they said my money would be refunded in 24 to 48 hours. The estimated shipment date was 05/05/2023 (I placed the order on 04/09/2024). I waited for the refund and didnt receive it so I contacted them again A couple days after that, they told me I couldnt cancel the order because now it was in stock. I requested repeatedly to not send the order to me because l ordered the items from a different vendor due to necessity. I feel like I have been scammed due to they use the echo name and a likeness to the echo logo. I thought I was buying from the echo company.

  Same deal. Ordered parts, multiple emails phone calls to no avail. I mean why even answer the call. Needed these parts for a job and now I am over a week behind with a customer
