This company charged me to be part of a Homeshow that I have not even participated in. I was told to keep my "discount" for the prior show that I decided to be a part of, that we had to keep our card information on file to be used for the next show. After the show, it was apparent that this was probably THE WORST excuse for a Homeshow that we've ever been a part of. I noticed that I am not the only one who feels this way reviewing prior experiences with others. I will NEVER use this company EVER again and want to be fully refunded for the show that they charged me for that I have not and will not participate in. ******* *** promised me a full refund and then a week later recanted. This is the most unprofessional company that I've ever dealt with. I warn people who think that they can get good leads from a Homeshow with this company to think again. There are plenty of other companies to use for a Homeshow and they are far better than scraping the bottom of the barrel. I want a full and complete refund of the money for the next Homeshow that I will not be a part of. This company should not be accredited through the BBB nor should they have an A rating. I was even threatened a lawsuit for defamation, yet I told them it's only defamation if it is not true. This has been the worst experience of a Homeshow that I've ever been a part of and demand that the $1000 be refunded completely.

This information is incorrect.  ***** filled out a contract and stated on the signed contract to charge it on 11/1/23 since you had cash flow issues.  We charged it on 11/1/23, then you called and asked if we could refund you so you could make payroll.  Then you would sign up for the show later.  We offered to refund you 50% per our cancellation policy and you stated you wanted 100%.  We said no, then refunded you 50%.  We will not be refunding you in addition to the 50% as stated on the contract.  Again, you signed the contract and agreed to this.

I was a "vendor" at their Arapahoe Home Show at the Arapahoe Fairgrounds. I have a mobile game truck and thought it would be something that would help entertain the kids while their parents go inside and enjoy the expo. I was charged $900 for and outside space for the 3 days. Next to me there was a food vendor which I found out after the event ended did not have to pay a dime for the space. I had to share the space as he was told he could set up where I was told to set up. When I expressed my concern and disappointment I was told by ********************* sorry and they would offer me a discount at their next event. So basically not only did I already pay $900 more than a vendor right next to me I have to pay again? *************** wouldn't give me anyone else to discuss this with in regards to a refund stating he's my contact and refunds are not normal. But vendors having space for free is also not normal. Every conversation I have had with him he states I will talk with someone and get back with you but never does.

Hi *******.  The vendor you're referring to is a food vendor.  This venue doesn't have concessions, and we had them come out to handle food.  You're comparing apples to oranges.  We don't give out free booths at a home show.  **************** has been in touch, you just don't like the response. How could we have a show and give out free booth space to everyone?  We're not a charity.  We put on home shows.  If you have further issues, please email the *** at *****************************  Thank you.
