    on March 30th 2023 I brought a box to ant logistics weighing 130lb containing all my personal items like clothes shoes belts computer to be shipped to ******* because I was moving there April 1st. I was very confused as to the procedure for shipping something like this so 2 times previously I had gone into the store to ask what to do and was there for 1 our each time. when I finally brought my box there I was told my box would be shipped to me by April 4th.i had no idea on how to value everything so I put the amounts suggested to me by the store. as soon as I got to ******* I started getting emails from the office here asking for receipts for purchases. it made no sense to me because it was my personal goods and some items were over 5 years old. after a couple of days I had noticed that the store had put reason for export as sales but on the receipt I had from them it said personal goods. I called to store and they admitted they had put the wrong thing when they should have put used personal effects.After going back and forth with DHL my box was never delivered to me in ******* and after 3 times of being told it would be returned to fl, never happen and the box was stolen/loss. the overall value of the box was way more then the $621 that the shipping center listed, the shoes alone wore worth over $600. due to their mistake I never received my personal items and would like to be compensated for the fair amount of the items which is at minimum 15 to 20 times the value listed. because many of the items cant be found here I had to fly back for 2 days just to try and replace some of the items. many things cant be replaced, like my ************** signature shirts I had bought over the years of my travels.If the paperwork would have been done correctly I might not have had to deal with the stress of my goods not being delivered and thus stolen. I'm still having a hard time trying to find things that were in the box that cant be found here in *******.
