  I just can't begin to tell you what I have gone through. I have been a client there for quite a few years. What I received a couple weeks ago for $1500, you would just want to die!! Rest assured I will also take them to Court if this is not taken care of. If you look on the site, they have lawsuits left and right. And now of course I'm not getting any answers and nobody's responding back to me, utterly ridiculous!!!

  This company made allot of promises to my wife and failed at all of them ,she was also charged a substantial amount for a special hair growth hat and hair service August 2023. What they provided was horrible and not what was expected or promised. We met with the manager Sept 2023 , and voiced our disappointment. He agreed to refund an small amount $1720 which was still not fair, but we agreed to cancel and accept a credit to the account we were financing with Comenity , this was never processed and credited to us. I have tried several times to reach ************** with no success. We have not even gotten a call back from him or his staff. I need BBB to help us resolve this before taking this further with legal action . Be aware and make sure you get what you pay for.

  I won a small claims case against HairClub in August 2023. I didnt have to plead my case, rather, won by default because HairClub did not respond to the court summons delivered to them by a sheriffs constable. Though court ordered, HairClub has not paid the court ordered judgment. The judgment includes a full refund of the contract I signed including courts fees and interest.I sued HairClub because they were unable to deliver the product and service they promised when I signed their contract. When I reached out to their staff for help, they were unresponsive. When HairClub received notice that I was awarded a refund, their legal staff submitted documentation to the court which contained statements and dates which contradicted the email and telephone records I kept.The company was unresponsive as soon as the contract was signed. They reacted with opposing legal actions when they realized they had lost the court case. Once the court judgment because final, HairClub implied an overnight refund. HairClub then went silent.The company should be held accountable for the actions/inactions of their staff.

  The Florida office allows a known criminal and animal/child abuser to manage Tampa offices having access to vulnerable people placing ALL at risk. With a son arrested for assault and attempted murder who she utilizes to violently attack innocent people. Disgusting just like Subway.

  he sale person gave me 2 additional salon visits and on hair unit because previous unit unit sheeded badly when i tried to take advantage of what the sales person promise me the store manager denied me the services and regional manger got mad and took away from me what the sore manager and salesperson promised me the want me to pay finance company for 12 months 280 @ month and recieve no service

  One of the worst customer service experiences I've had to deal with. My item was defective within the 30 day window. When I sent emails, I either received no response or delayed responses to them. I attempted their web chat and to call them, and they didn't have an answer for me and told me they would escalate my issue each time. Received no call backs. I was literally at their mercy at this point and the frustration was insane. Every time they did eventually respond via email there's a different set of directions. I had a gut feeling when returning this item they would try to do something. They ended up giving me a partial refund stating that there's a 20% restocking fee. That 20% was NEVER disclosed on their website, my receipt, nor in any of their responses to me at all. That's thievery right there. They even charged the 20% on the full amount that included STATE AND COUNTY TAXES. Is that even legal? I literally feel like this company stole $74 by not properly disclosing their exorbitant restocking fee on their defective item.

  Wow... So Glad I found this review site. Me and the little Lady went to the Minneapolis Home and Garden Show at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Mpls. MN on Wednesday Feb. 28, 2023. We happened upon a Hair Club booth, we listened and talked to the guy for some time. Short story: We signed up to attend a one-hour presentation the next morning at the Mpls. HC Site, With the understanding that once completed and before leaving we would receive a $50 Gift Card that we could use for dinner at a diner of our choice. It's worth mentioning that at least One of us were Truly Interested in controlling or preventing a current Hair Loss problem... Unfortunately, Following the presentation we were told by the online presentation person that they have Never heard of the $50 Gift Card promotion but would do some checking while a printed version of the Personally Tailored Hair Treatment Plan was being assembled. As we were walked out to the reception area we could see that our representative had been talking to the General Manage but the responce was Ridiculous, thay said the only thing they could do is to offer a $50 discount on the proposed package of well over $4000,00. YES, I said RIDICULOUS. Especially when it was a Gift for Participating in the presentation. We were Already given a Coupon for 20% off if we were to buy a hair treatment package. This was CLEARLY BAIT-N-SWITCH... I KNOW, we only lost a couple of hours and a few gallons of gas. Normally, I wouldn't say anything BUT I also called Corporate in Boca Raton FL. They just gave me the run around. My intention was to Hopefully get their marketing team to clear up their own inner Corporate miscommunication... It should be CLEAR that if you are thinking of making a purchase of over $4,000.00 and you have a 20% coupon then retracting a $50 gift for hearing the pitch and replacing it with a $50 discount tied to a Large Purchase it Definitely RIDICULOUS. I feel Sorry for everyone else who lost so much more. ***** **

  Tried HCFM Feb '22. Paid money up front for three hair systems. They tried one off their rack. Was terrible and all grey. Second one I did not like either. Told them to stop before they tried another after they said would take four months to get one from *****. They refused to refund my money and they finally offered 23% back claiming I had received two good systems. These people are unprofessional. Do not go to them.*****, ********, **
