    MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN PAYING OUR INSURANCE FOR OVER A YEAR AND EVERY SINCE I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. FIRST OF ALL THEY LIED TELLING ME THAT MY MEDICATION FOR DIABETIES AND **** MEDS WAS COVERED, I FOUND OUT THEY WERE NOT. THEN IN DEC. OF 2021 I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND I NEEDED PHYSICAL THERAPY AND I USED THE INSURANCE CARDS FOR THAT AND RECEIVED A **** MONDAY FOR OVER $1000. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE NUMBER ************ FOR THE PAST 2 DAYS NO ANSWER. THIS IS NOT HOW BUSINESS IS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE. PAYING A MONTHLY PAYMENT OF ALMOST $300.00 AND CAN NOT GET ANYONE ON THE ***** IS NOT HOW BUSINESS IS SUPPOSED TO BE HANDLED. THE ONLY REASON WHY WE ARE STILL PAYING FOR THE COVERAGE WE HAVE IS BECAUSE I AM A DIABETIC WHO TAKES TWO INSULINS AND ORAL MEDICATION AND I ALSO TAKE **** MEDS AS WELL. I NEED FOR SOMETHING TO BE DONE BECAUSE ITS BASICALLY A SCAM TO GET MONEY FROM PEOPLE WITHOUT THINKING OF THE **** AND SUFFERING THEY ARE PUTTING PEOPLE THROUGH. MY MEMBER NUMBER M5272599. THE **** I RECEIVED YESTERDAY IS ALREADY WITH A COLLECTION COMPANY. I FEEL LIKE THE REPRESENTIVES OF THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN CALLING PEOPLE TO FRAUD AND SCAM THEM AND THE COMPANY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED FOR THIS AS WELL.
