5 starsStorm Protec completely changed the atmosphere in my home. They protected us by changing out all the windows for impact windows and created two sunrooms in our house, one on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor. My kids have their own area to play and I feel so much better knowing they're safe and protected. The value of my house has increased drastically because of the phenomenal job that Storm Protec did.Review fromAl R

Poor work! They improperly installed windows on my home in 2018. Windows were not properly sealed nor seated on the concrete aperture. 2 inch gap without concrete or even set on the wall. Cause me 10k+ in damages and repairs due to their bad work.

We have never done business with customer, ************************
Our contract and project was completed for the previous homeowner of the home over five years ago.
Our installation was done properly as was the permitting with the city and final inspections were all passed.
After five years ************** is after us because he had a leak in ONE are of his home which affected ONE window and hes blaming it on us when we actually installed windows and doors on the entire home and there are absolutely no issues with the the remaining installations that were done.Im sure proper inspections of the home were done prior to ************* purchasing the home two years after the installation was done and weve never heard of any issues or complaints until now.
************* hired a company who is not licensed to inspect our work which is absurd.
The company is called American Contractors and the owner is *************************** whom had a building license that expired in 2004.
