    **** IS LETTING THESE PEOPLE RIP PEOPLE OFF WITH NO CONSEQUENCES BECAUSE THEY STILL GET PAID I bought the bike off of **** and they wanted to buy it now price of $22,000. I offered 21 nine and they came back and said they had the wrong price and wanted to add a thousand dollars more. From reading their feedback it looks like this is common practice. I received the bike and the battery was dead and the battery in the key fob is dead. They tried to blame this on shipping. but they had key fob in dash. Battery went dead because fob was dead and bike thought it was being stolen. New battery $240.After one hour of riding the clutch went out causing me injury. I made it to my yard and the bike spun out in the wet grass and went down sideways and my leg hit the engine on the way to the ground. No harm to the bike just ***** on my legs . After about five minutes of riding the engine light, ABS light, and temperature light all come on and stay on. Front tire and forks had damage and rear tire was bald to the threads. Seller tried to blame all of this on the dead battery. I took the bike to Harley ******** and they looked at it and they said the water pump was out an ABS sensor was also out and there may be more wrong with it once they actually are able to get it into the shop and look at it. Codes cleared but came back. **** only give me 14 days to get this done and they were a month out from even being able to look at the bike at the ** dealership. I told dealership the seller was blaming all the lights on the dead battery and they laughed. ******************** also claimed the bike was perfect looking and perfect running. He stopped contacting me after the clutch went out and I told him that the clutch had nothing to do with the battery. They ripped other customers off for an extra thousand dollars on buy it now, and sell bikes to people all the time with undisclosed Damage. He never contacted me again after I told him the clutch has nothing to do with the battery.

    I purchased a *** X3 from this business for my sister on July 2nd, 2024. I paid a $21,500 deposit on Wednesday, June 19th, 2024 in cash. The dealership called me hours later, ***** ***, stating that she was only able to deposit $17,000 in the bank, and had miscounted the funds. She then demanded I pay the $4,500 difference, or she was going to take ownership of the car / charge storage fees. - I have not received a refund for the overage in registration fees (I paid $650, registration fees were significantly less) which was promised, and paid on July 9th, 2024 (over 30 days late). - The car was promised to be delivered with a CLEAN headlight, it has been foggy since pick up, despite being advertised 'as new'. - The car was delivered to me with no fuel, causing potential engine damage.- The car was driven by the dealer, there are mileage inconsistencies on deposit date, pick up date, and the bumper misaligned upon pick up (it is still misaligned).Business has blocked my number, and refuses to answer my calls, texts, and emails.

    I am rejecting this response because: Cash receipt was given to me upon date of cash deposit to dealership ($21,500). I was clear in my messaging with dealer that I am only going to pay because I was forced to pay the additional amount, which I would dispute at a later date. Dealer threatened me multiple times - stating "how about I don't recognize any of the cash you gave me?" Dealer also threatened to charge 'daily storage fees' unless I paid the additional $4,500. Additionally, refund for registration fees was promised, $563.50 (transfer tag / registration fee: $86.50), and never delivered. I have documentation that the dealership has blocked my number, refusing to reach a resolution.

    Bought Seadoo Fishpro in May, 2023. They still have not furnished documents for me to register the ski or put in my name. They are now not returning calls or texts.

    Dealership sold a bike with no vin identification tag also it has been 8 months and still has not presented proper paperwork or title to the iron horse funding company. The loan company sent 2 separate demand letters and finally asked the dealership for a buy back. They issued temp tags with two different vin numbers. The so called owner **** keeps giving everyone the run around about motor vehicle issues, which by the way the loan company verified by reaching out to motor vehicle that confirmed she was lying to them on multiple occasions if this is not resolved next step is lawsuit against the dealership and the bike turned in to ********** police.

    July 20, 2023 Financing for a 2014 Can Am. Dealer was to provide registration, tags and lien on the title. As of to date they have not provided anything.Please see attachment and explanation below.
