    Transaction Date: March 27, 2021 - I paid $821.00 as a deposit on a move scheduled for July 30, 2021 - July 31, 2021 reference #L*******. On April 26, 2021 @ 3:42 pm/PST due to health issues. I emailed ***************************** & asked him to cancel my move. According to the contract my 72 hour grace ****** for a full refund had passed & I would receive a credit on my deposit for 24 months (2years) to use for a future interstate move by March 27, 2023. He responded by email on 4/26/21 @3:57 pm & asked if I wanted to cancel or put the move on hold? I asked on 4/26/21 @4:46pm what was the ****************** of placing a move on hold or cancelling it? On 4/27/21 @5:59am he said that "Placing the move on hold allows you to use the credit at any time within the next 2 years. Canceling would mean you don't want to use our services." After further discussions on 4/27/21 @10:33am I choose to keep my move on hold. On January 18, 2022 at 5:49am I reached out to ***************************** again expressing that I will not be relocating due to foot surgery and the covid-19 pandemic. I asked him if I could transfer my deposit to my sister who lives in ************, ** who wanted to relocate to ****** sometime in 2022. This is when I didn't get a response from him. I called him at ************** which was suppose to be a direct contact number for him but no one picked up and I wasn't allowed to leave a message as though my number was blocked. The same thing happened when I called their ************** number. So I continued trying but no luck. I did't get a response from anyone. It doesn't show they went out of *************** I am at the end of my ************* don't plan on moving ********** failed to communicate with me so, I believe I'm intitled to a full refunded of my deposit back onto my credit card ending ****. Furthermore, they are denying me access to my estimate and all agreements for reference #*******. It says "document expired! Call customer Service!" I tried that and no answer.
